KittyMKing A hidden gem and its owner Chantelle is the best. I love how she is never rushed, patient and always does a great job with great results. She does the best Mani-Pedi around with Paraffin (a first for me). I cant wait to try out all her other services. The booking online system is an added bonus for those trying to squeeze things in on the fly and makes it easier for flexibility. Her working hours are also great for those who have the 9-5 grind too. Thanks Chantelle as always for best service.

Navneet has been so lovely and professional, always remembering how I like to shape my brows and ensures she gets them just right! Samantha Hendry Absolutely appalled! I had a 10am booking for lashes, they ran 30 mins late so I said I would reschedule as I had children to get home too. Rebooked the same day again at 5pm (organised the kids again) The lady started my lashes and I could notice she came and went from doing these, leaving me for 5-10 minutes at a time. I asked her to please finish my lashes and concentrate. She left again for another 5 minutes. I ended up taking the tape off myself and walking out. After 45 minutes laying down she barley had completed half an eye

Amy Long I went to just get my nails removed. It was my first time going to this salon, they removed my most of my nails but there was shellac still on all them and did not do a good job. Once i went to pay afterwards she told me that it was $15 which is still more than it is usually to just get shellac taken off, and then told me that eftpos minimum was $20. I did not have any cash on me so was forced to pay $20 for a poorly done removal and still left with colour on all of my fingers as they did a poor job. I thought it was very sneaky to provide the service and then be forced to pay extra because i didnt have cash. I simply would not have got them taken off if this was mentioned before. Would not go again.

kyles lopiccolo Had sns done and after a week looked like I needed to have them filled. Three of them had big cracks in them and one had half the sns come off altogether after about two weeks. She put a nail extension on as one of the nails was a bit short and that broke off after a week. I used to go to Cheltenham so went back to Cheltenham shes redone my nails and theyre superb so happy.

Nelida Gambetta Appalling lack of hygiene the hands rest stained all over with nail polish, also the fabric/paper covering the table, the little fan on the right not working, you have to stretch your right hand over the left to have your nail polish dry. Do they sterilized their equipment? Doesnt look like, they are all taking from one open recipient. Agree with Miranda OBrien nail polish quality didnt last more than two days. And last,l but not least, learn basic English language, instead of communicating by signs.

Melinda Cafarella Worst. Had a pedi. Uneven nail length. Didnt even file them down. You can see through the polish. Feet are a mess and it hurt! Rough as. Give this place a miss.
