kiana went today and the prices are insanely expensive for what you’re buying. they have packets of charms for sale that they’re charging $25 for, you can get the same stuff online for $2. also, my friend and i were the only ones inside and were browsing for a bit while one of the workers was constantly following us, as if to make sure we weren’t stealing which was never our intention. it made us feel weird and uncomfortable, as we should be able to shop and discuss things in peace. Once my friend had a full basket the man came up to us and said he cannot sell to us anymore since we don’t have a salon??? my friend literally has a home salon business and after a lot of back and forth arguing he decided to let us purchase the items. i do not understand why he would refuse to sell to us in the first place lol, who would be going to that place if they didn’t have a business?? we were very uncomfortable and will not be returning, would recommend people go elsewhere x

Mannu Grewal Hi everyone, trust me never ever visit this shop they are doing bullshit, extremely rude customer service, they don’t have any sense how to talk with customer specially the man he is very rude .i went yesterday to buy some stock from his shop i bought three builder gel and he charged me for 9 , i called him to clarify his mistake but he didn’t listen me and kept hanging my phone. I called from different number then he told me to not come further on his shop and he blocked my number as well. One more thing, he told us online prices are higher than shop so we bought stuff at shop when i checked online it was way cheaper. I took screenshots from online and called them about it and they instantly removed previous price from website. when i called him from my husband’s phone then the lady picked phone she agree to refund for only builder nail , which she did also, but not the DC dip & dap because they already changed the price on the website. And then also they send me msg with the refund and they are tress-passing me instead feel sorry for their mistake. They don’t need to tress-pass anyone because nobody wanna face harassment. It was my mistake I didn’t check google reviews before going there. I hope this gonna help someone.

Kesar Nanda Literally save your money for someplace else, man who works here is extremely rude and doesn’t know anything about products. I came in browsing and just asked a simple question of there they had solid builder gel, he pointed me to bottles of builder gel polish, and I tried explaining that’s not quite what I’m after and told him I’m looking for mouldable ones used for 3d art, and he says and I quote “they’re all the same”. Later asked him if he stocks a particular brand that I was after of top coat and he says no we don’t do that here, so I say all good and continue browsing. After that, went to checkout, kid you not had to wait more than 15 minutes for him and and his friend to finish their conversation, zero service skills and there was no other customers in the store either, and at checkout asked me “why you didn’t buy builder gel” and I let him know that I wasn’t after that brand” and he replies “they’re all the same I don’t know why you’re not buying, every place has their own brands they’re the same just different brand” very rude tone too.Go to Oz Nails supplies about 10 minutes away from this place, much better service, they actually know their products and nail systems and give discounts and freebies too.

Mai Tong If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I made an online purchase of approximately $500 for delivery in Queensland, and I even paid extra for fast delivery before Christmas. However, it took a whole week for a box to arrive, and to make matters worse, I was supposed to receive two boxes, but I have only received one box even after four weeks. I have made numerous calls and sent messages to request a resolution for this problem, but the man I spoke to insisted that I go somewhere else to pick up the missing box. This request is completely unreasonable because I paid for delivery to my address specifically because I am always busy and prefer shopping online. If they cannot manage deliveries and resolve problems that arise from online sales, then they should not be selling online at all. This kind of unprofessional service is completely unacceptable.
