Lisa Aki is wonderful and did a fantastic job on my hair. I really wanted a specific blonde and she took the time and effort to achieve my goal. She is fab! Really reasonably priced as well. Definitely see Aki if you’re a blonde!!!

Florriie Lafon Xanda is the best waxing specialist I’ve ever had! Before seeing her, I used to get bruises from Brazilian and underarm waxing, and I was so scared to try again. But Xanda is incredibly patient—she goes slowly, touches the area quickly for a smooth release, and even guides you on when to breathe in and out, making the pain much more manageable. She’s so attentive that if she notices you holding your breath, she’ll breathe with you to help you relax. She truly knows what she’s doing and has so much empathy. Her wax is also amazing—colourful with different colours, and pleasantly scented, unlike the thin, overly hot strips other salons use. Plus, she finishes with moisturizing cream, and you even get to choose from different scents, so you leave smelling exactly how you want! She also applies oil and gives you a warm towel at the end, making the whole experience feel extra luxurious. On top of that, she’s so kind and funny! I always leave my appointment feeling happier and refreshed. If you’re looking for a waxing experience that’s both professional and enjoyable, I highly recommend Xanda—she’ll make you feel like a queen!

Eve H I have been a loyal client of Emilys for many years, and have been coming to Cared For since it opened. Emilys skin treatments are excellent. She does THE BEST calming facials and massage. The treatments are so relaxing I often fall asleep! Over the long term, Emily has completely fixed my skin (I swear I have better skin now than I did when I first started seeing her years ago). I really appreciate that Emily truly cares for and tailors her skin treatments + product recommendations to you. Every facial is different based on what my skin needs that day. When I first started seeing Emily I gradually incorporated more advanced skincare into my home routine. Emily makes thoughtful recommendations for products I could add to my routine, but is never pushy, which I appreciate. Ive tried a few of Emilys recommendations from O Cosmedics and theyre now some of my favourite products. The space at Cared For is a little sanctuary, so calm and cosy, with special little touches like my favourite tea and great music, plus Emilys own original art on the walls. I also recently started seeing Emily for manicures. She is a perfectionist and does an amazing job - if youre fussy about having lovely tidy nails, Emily will not disappoint.

Im very fair and usually end up with very dark brows but I was extremely happy with the colour I got today. Anna listened to what I wanted and was very attentive. I also got an eyelash tint that was gentle and I loved the results. I would definitely go back next time .

Anonymous ANOMYMOUS I dont believe these reviews. I paid for 2 different treatments where neither worked. Had blisters after being burnt by laser. HiFu extremely painfull, had swelling fow several weeks & there was no difference. Was not given a receipt & I stupidly paid cash. Stella was unresponsive when I voiced my concerns.

Alisson Puentes I’ve been to this place twice, and both times the girls have been incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re a bit shy when speaking, but always very polite and professional. They work quickly and efficiently, and the results are flawless. Honestly, it’s an excellent spot to get your nails done—I absolutely loved mine!

Jess (Personal use) The staff are friendly and accommodating, which I appreciate. However, even though I booked an appointment in advance, I felt like the service was rushed. While they did get the color exactly as I wanted, I noticed some issues with the final result. A few of my nails are crooked, and the nail polish on my thumbs is bubbly and uneven. I got nail tip extensions, and although they aren’t nicely filed and appear a bit crooked, they do seem sturdy and long-lasting.

Alexis Sigal I have never had an experience bad enough to feel the need to post a review, but here we are. This was my first experience here and it was appalling to say the least. Firstly, customer service was shocking, they barely spoke to customers and spent all their time taking about us I assume in a different language. No attempt to make anyone feel welcome in their salon. I asked for one thing and I got the complete opposite. She shaped my nails the complete wrong shape and made my nails extremely short. All the nails had different shapes. Their tools were filthy, flies everywhere, they only put the aircon on as I was leaving, everyone was clearly hot. She damaged two nails at the end and pretended not to see it. I forgot to mention I had about 4 different people swap rotation to do my nails. They did not get me to wash my hands in between and then removed the glue from all over my hands only after I complained. She then put moisturiser on at my request, leaving more glue and residue all over my hands. She also hurt me while drilling. The SNS is bubbly and bulging, doesn’t even cover the whole nail. I will not be back here again, and I recommend you find somewhere else because the quality and standard was just not good enough.

Ive now been doing every 2 weeks without stop for 2 years! I just moved houses again but it doesnt stop me booking in and going there. Leanne is amazing and has two nieces there that are also fantastic! I get my SNS done there and facial waxing. They have a great range of colours and brands, are professional and do a really good job! Here is what I got last week :)
