k tanaya I am writing this review as I’m recovering well post wisdom tooth extraction scheduled a couple of days ago. Dr. Shehan and his team have been incredibly professional and caring. Given an option I would rate more than a 1000 stars. Dr. Shehan has always been extremely empathetic towards me. I must say that he is a ‘Superdentist’. Providence has blessed him with ‘Magical hands’.I just can’t express how amazing he is at his job. I absolutely could not feel the needle of the local anaesthetic n he effortlessly pulled out my wisdom tooth before I could even realise.I’m very grateful to Dr. Shehan and his team for providing excellent dental care despite of me being anxious.Bella , Melissa and other members of team DOIC were very friendly and extremely caring. I would highly recommend their service .

The prices are affordable, the staff are extremely friendly and great across all ages. Their approach here is genuine with fantastic dentistry and not the continual push for “extra” ad ons . Chris Maunders I just finished my fourth session with Dr Liban as I required root canal treatment/crown on one cavity and a filling of another cavity. I was dreading this work although Dr Liban did a fantastic job and I felt completely comfortable and at ease all the way through. He was far more thorough than any other dentists I have seen in Victoria. Highly recommended!

Mohamed Farah Visited Dr Liban at Ivanhoe dental for a wisdom tooth removal. Before seeing Dr Liban i visited four (in space of 3 weeks) other dentist whove seen my X-ray and ever one of them said that my tooth was too close to a nerve (lower left jaw) and that I needed to see a specialist for removal, no ordinary dentist could do it. Dr Liban acknowledge this fact and instead of sending me to another dentist, whether specialist or otherwise, he sat me down explained to me the procedure, risks and the steps he was going to take to remove my tooth. With his assurances and previous experiences in removing wisdom tooth I was confident in his ability. It took him less than 25minutes to perform the procedure and I am so very happy with the results.

Eugene Vuong Had my Widsdoom tooth extracted by Dr Liban and he was excellent. I was very nervous, but he was able to calm me right down before we started. The whole operation was painless, quick and had no Hassle whats so ever. He great at detailing about what was happening during the whole operation, which help me feel relaxed. I would totally recommend him!

Genevieve a receptionist there in particular has gone above and beyond with helping us decide which route to take with health cover and even went their extra mile to help us get an earlier appointment with a referred orthodontist. Dr Narisha and her assistant have also been incredible with their kind approach to making my daughter feel comfortable as she was feeling unsure and anxious about visiting. Such a beautiful, clean, welcoming environment which I highly recommend!!

Rebecca H My three year old son saw Dr Narisha for a second opinion for dental treatment. As soon as we walked in, we felt comfortable and at ease. The reception staff are lovely and were very calm and helpful answering all our silly questions. Dr Narisha is fantastic! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable. She made the consult fun and interesting, which was great for my son who doesn’t sit still for more than 5 seconds. We ended up liking her opinion and had extensive dental treatment in a day stay hospital under general anaesthetic. Once the anesthetic wore off, my son was perfectly fine, no pain or issues at all. And he loves showing off his special tooth! Would definitely recommend!!

Robyn Stewardson Feed back I gave to Dr Kim and team thru their feedback form: Dr Kim was very kind about my late arrival and took the time to ask about the various items in my health history, even allowing time for some less relevant information to be shared. I found the experience very comfortable and felt considered and cared for. At all times Dr Kim appeared relaxed and open, helping me to feel confident in his care. In many such appointments there is a hectic energy that can make it uncomfortable to ask the questions needed. I asked a myriad of questions, and not for one moment did I feel spoken down to or hurried along. (Many thanks for the time to process the information without feeling hurried.) Its a beautiful space, and the rocky mountain and woodland view on the window wall to the main road is serenely relaxing. Doreen, from my first call, was efficient, knowledgable and willing to explain the various likely services needed and on request gave me the item codes I needed to speak with my health insurance provider. At the practice she was equally friendly as well as efficient, both on my arrival and on leaving. When there was a wait, the dental assistant was attentive and willing to give time -- no hustle and bustle. Q: Anything we could have improved? A: Give me different news?! Not seriously, but hearing your tooth is beyond help isnt fun However, there was nothing else possible, and, as I mentioned, I was allowed the time for it to sink in and to take the time to think about the information I needed to know -- so many times I have left a specialists office and *then* thought of the things I should have asked. Q: Anything we should work on? (Complaints or comments?) A: In my opinion, you are doing so much right! I am very glad to have made the choice to come to your practice and not made a trip to the City or Moonee Ponds, instead. Excellence indeed! *****

Natalie Commins Fantastic service. Had a very frustrating tooth issue which Martin was able to diagnose correctly and fix. He also noticed I had low bone density on my CT which helped me find out that I had osteopaenia at a relatively young age which I would have never known. Lots of explanation about the procedure was given and the procedures were almost completely painless. Follow up was very good. Highly recommend.

The Dental technician/assistant who did a wonderful job looking after me and Dental support to the Dentist, very grateful for her care in making sure I was comfortable and safe. My partner had an incredible experience here five years ago, receiving a complete smile makeover with Invisalign, and her results were absolutely amazing. Fast forward to me – after years of being embarrassed about my teeth, I decided it was time for a bit of makeover too. I had my teeth whitened and composite veneers to the top 8. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Warusevitane was nothing short of outstanding. I had a broken tooth cleaned and repaired with a crown 3d printed and in place by lunch. I do wholly recommend him.
