Toula Smith You often feel slightly anxious when visiting a new beautician technician for the first time. However, I felt instantly at ease with this lovely young lady. I was very happy with my eyebrow tint and shaping. The prices are also extremely competitive.

After so many hybrid tints (which were great), they didn’t last on my skin which my brow hairs are fine and pretty much non existent. So we finally did an ombré tattoo which i am in love with and can’t stop looking in the mirror hahaha. I highly recommend Bella, she does not disappoint! x

Ashlee knows her stuff, and I trusted her to assist with colour decisions and she was absolutely spot on and informed by her experience and knowledge and my own skin and hair tones. A H I highly recommend Luxewellness Skin Clinic. Diana has been absolutely amazing. I have done 3 sessions of tattoo removal, I have heard how painful removing tattoos can be, but I can honestly say that I have found the whole process super quick and easy and definitely not as painful as I anticipated. My tattoo has already faded significantly and I most likely only need a few more treatments until it is completely gone. Getting my tattoo removed has been the best decision, and going to Diana has been such a fantastic experience.

Emajin cachia 5 out of 5, and nothing less for Mindy and the lovely ladies at Featherd Inc, They take the time to get to know you as a client and care for your needs as an individual, you don’t just feel like any other client when your there! They make you into the best version of yourself. I had my eyebrows done there a couple of years ago and they still hold up absolutely beautifully to this day!! I went to Mindy when I needed some help as I had a botch job done on my brows previously from another company! THEY WERE BAD Then Mindy came in with her magic wand and made me, me again, completely redid my eyebrows from saline removal to laser, and then completely reinventing my brows to fit perfectly on my face I’ve probably never felt more beautiful still! Anne Galati Have been with this clinic for over 10 yrs now ( even before change of ownership and business re-branding). SOME of there staff are brilliant. They assess your skin on each appointment and check to ensure nothing has changed I.e. medications, they are also super vigilant and ensure they have checked all treated areas before you leave. Ive now had to return 3 times to this clinic based on rushed treatments & missed areas. No skin assessment, no change of settings based on areas treated, none of your information pertaining to settings is ever stored, no continuity in staff providing treatment, HUGE inconsistency in techniques provided & no questions pertaining to treatment safety (according to staff its something we should inform them!) Tried talking to management? Well that wont get you far, because the supposed trained staff member wouldnt know how to deal with customer concerns, nor would she care as the owner is her son. Nepotism! Also, from an infection control perspective the highlighter used for determining treatment areas (if your fortune enough to get marked up) is used on multiple persons and multiple body areas! Disgusting. Instead of rewarding patrons for years of loyal business they prefer to speak to you like they couldnt care less. Thank you Carmel for your unprofessional attitude in following up poor technique from my last appointment (to which you tended). Also STOP requesting your clients give your establishment positive Google reviews in exchange for discounted services! Its against AHPRA regulations. Yes! Look that up!

Minixiuhua Worst experience ever! Be cautious when booking your appointment, as they can cancel at any time at their convenience and may even attempt to withhold your deposit, even when the fault is theirs. I booked an appointment for my anti-wrinkle forehead treatment with a $50 holding deposit. I was thrilled about getting this done. However, they cancelled on me three times. The first two times, they claimed that the nurse couldnt come due to some reason, and the third time they cancelled an hour before the appointment, citing that our injectables were delayed. This is absolutely absurd, and to add insult to injury, they mentioned they dont do refunds, only store credit. I had to assert myself just to get my deposit back.

Chloe O After being disappointed with another nail salons service, these ladies were able to fix my nails and give me exactly what I was after, a beautiful chrome set. Since returning to their salon, I have been very happy with the holographic/iridescent set of nails I received (and have received heaps of compliments!). I have never been to another salon with their level of attention to detail. They provided black gloves for UV protection, as well as a proper clean under the nail to remove any left over product. I even received a little hand massage at the end. Along with a reasonable price, I could not be happier with their service!

Mel Osman Went at 2pm for a refill was told to come back at 2.30 , which I did & I also said that’s fine but when I come back I can’t wait. I waited a further 40 mins for a tech to become available. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with being made to wait, she became hostile. She was extremely rude. She continued to complain about me to her next customer. I have never been treated so poorly for a service I am paying for. I will not only never return there but I would also discourage others from using this salon. Extremely unprofessional.

Valentina Papa They did a great job with my nails, and they stayed on perfectly without chipping or peeling. Even after they removed the gel, my nails were still strong and in good condition. They also did a manicure, which I really appreciated. However, I felt like the overall experience could have been a bit more polished. Still, for the quality of the work, I’m satisfied.

Crystal King D did my nails and they’re absolutely stunning. She only took an hour as well from the moment she started. Thank you heaps I will be back!
