Elizabeth Collins The whole experience was lacking - but would have been ok if it wasn’t for the Review Consultation. There appeared to be no real handover from the original Vet to the Reviewing Vet. The 2nd Vet didn’t even read the file notes. I don’t know if the file notes were adequate or not, but there should be a pre-defined handover procedure. I am really not happy with the Review nor am I confident that things are ok with my dog after $$$ surgery. The original surgery, after care, and nurse involvement were all good (not perfect but good) and I would rate that at around 4 stars. The Review has left me concerned and unsure as to whether or not I need a second opinion.
***Update: I had a call from the principal Vet asking me to change my review. He didn’t address my issues: he just wanted me to change the review.
The response (to my review) from the practice, is really a bit of a stretch. Firstly, the title of the practice includes HOSPITAL so I do expect things to be shuffled around when an operation is required, and I do expect you to be highly skilled at that. If the operating vet had to work overtime, then she should received overtime, TIL, etc, the cost of the surgery was more than enough to cover this. That my dog remained overnight, well this happens, she was far too sedated to come home. I provided all of her food and snacks. Nurses were excellent!
When a client writes a negative review, the recipient has the opportunity to address the issue and this can result in a negative review becoming a positive review. The worst possible outcome, is when a client votes with their feet.

Bobby C Have been attending this vet for many years with our cats and as a family for over 30 years. The staff have always been friendly and nice to deal with, being animal lovers themselves. Facility hours are the best in the area, being open 7 days a week. Clean facility and quick to get an appointment. We have always been pleased with the time taken to explain everything, but even when we had concerns, the team are happy to explain things further and alleviate those concerns.

Cassie Graham I recently took my 10 year old fur baby here for a major dental procedure which I was terrified of doing. The staff were all amazing and made me feel so much better about having Kuda put under. I honestly couldnt recommend anymore! The only place I would trust to take him from now on - everyone was amazing!

mater Singh With a long history of pets and four now, it is easy to notice a good diagnostician vet . Highly recommend Sarah Parker who has advised on difficult matters and is also empathetic and kind to both pet and worried owner! Friendly staff at the reception helps the experience a lot.
