Lee Capocchi As an older person needing a toilet while out is a given. I have been forced to endure the disgusting toilets at this shopping centre several times. Apart from the graffiti, the male toilets and the disabled toilets were filthy. Urine all over the floor and toilet rolls lying in the puddles of urine. The walls are badly damaged and they simply stink. Boys toilets in school and in footy grounds are preferable to using these. Come on, management. The toilets should have internal access to the shopping centre. They need frequent cleaning (at least 3 times a day). They need major repairs and maintenance. They probably need replacing. Why would I come to Mernda Village at all when about 2 kilometers down the road there is Mernda central with clean toilets and decent facilities. In this day and age, the lack of cleanliness is not good enough and management should be ashamed of themselves.

AJ I had a very disappointing experience at this Chemist Warehouse due to unprofessional conduct from a staff member. When I was about to try a product that appeared to be open, she responded by repeatedly saying ‘No, no, no’—a tone more appropriate for addressing a toddler than an adult customer. A simple explanation, such as ‘I’m sorry, that’s not a tester,’ would have sufficed. Her condescending attitude was both disrespectful and unnecessary. I strongly urge management to provide better training or to ensure staff are selected for their professionalism and communication skills. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Amal Hussein If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I was accused of not paying for an item that I purchased not even 20 mins before. The most unprofessional worker made me feel uncomfortable and belittled me at every chance she had. She told me to shush countless times. Such an embarrassing look on Chemist warehouse this person does not fit the brand. The young girl was delightful. Along with the manager (I think). They set the standards and deserve to be commended with how they handled the situation. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location.

Leanne Wright A massive 5 stars for the retail staff at this store. They are the reason that I continue to go, always lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I genuinely love having a chat with all girls and can’t thank them enough for always being there to listen and assist. Excellent customer service from the retail staff keeps me returning!

V Lee Thank you for the friendly service, my dads script was ready in time. I was also so relieved to be able to get an inhaler from here for my allergy. Best thing about this Chemist Warehouse is that it is located just opposite Woolies so we could do our shopping there while waiting for the script to be ready.

Lucy Holmes The staff here are so lovely and super helpful. I often shop in store and do click and collect too. The click and collect is always super fast and perfectly done - much quicker than me searching for things myself. I’m very grateful for the staff for offering this service as it saves me time! Honestly, I actually prefer this CW store to a larger one nearby because the staff are just so nice and really quick on the registers too. Even when there is a line, it is never a long wait. Great store! :-)

Margaret Mansfield We have been with Chemist Warehouse Mernda for 7 years lots of medications, information needed, helpful. Staff have always been helpful cannot understand any complaints.

El Kay This pharmacy consistently takes between 30 minutes to an hour to fill prescriptions, and unfortunately, it’s the one I have to use. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait that long every time. Even when I’m at the counter to pick up my medication, I’m often ignored until they’re ready. It feels like there’s a lack of urgency or care for customer experience. They really need to consider hiring more staff or improving their workflow to better serve their customers.

Julie Trewella Well the only staff member that was helpful friendly and of great assistance was Elisha. Friendly, pleasant and helped. Other staff were disinterested and abruptly said is that all. The other assistant was complaining in front of me about the lack of staff. The customer doesnt need to hear this. 5 stars to Elisha who usually works at the other Mernda store we need more customer service staff like her
