Kate B Ronda has worked with my son from a very young age and we have received nothing but excellent service. When I tell my 7 year old that he has a dentist appointment he gets excited, not many people have that reaction from their kids.

Shahrzad I had a dental bridge procedure done by Dr. Clement Chan and he did an outstanding job. Dr. Chan was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The end result is fantastic and I highly recommend Dr. Chan for his excellent work and care!

Graham Gardner So happy to have found Dr Josh Yoon at the clinic. He took time to explain what my dental problems were and was very thorough. I am usually very nervous when I am sitting in a dentists chair, but not with Dr Yoon. I think I have finally found a dentist that is right for me.

Luke explained everything about the procedure needed, which was not straight forward. I won’t lie, it was a difficult tooth extraction but Luke and his nurse supported me the entire way. 22gtrain I am a new patient and went to the clinic after quite a long search for a new doctor to deal with some complex issues that have come up. I am pleased to say that from the moment the receptionist, Mercedes, took my call I had confidence that the clinic had their patients best interest at heart. This was corroborated when I set foot in the practice when I was greeted with a kind smile. My appointment with Dr Rani Rizk was very thorough, caring and compassionate. Deborah Clarke I have been visiting my Podiatrist for some years now (Dr.Andrew White), but at my visit today…..l needed his advice regarding ‘ a sliced deep (as it happens) cut between the webbing of 2 fingers’. Re: an accident that happened earlier today. ****Had l not been attending my appointment with him today, l would have not gone to any Doctor at all. He advised me, he believed, l probably needed some stitches. How fortunate l was that a. I had an appointment with him today, & b. his clinic now has Doctors (& other modalities) on staff. Within 20 minutes, l was seen by a recent new Doctor employed there….Dr. Rani, & a wonderful Nurse, Julie, who professionally & expertly cleaned, stitched & bandaged my wound. I cannot praise or recommend this clinic enough. You’ll be in good hands.

Edie Kovac I’ve have seen Dr Rany for over six years now I have to say he is one the most knowledgeable Dr’s I’ve ever came across yet he’s humble very personable positive . Fannie Han My daughter fell and cut her chin last night, needing stitches. Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, we came to this clinic. We arrived a little after 10 PM and were warmly welcomed right away. The wound was cleaned quickly, and the stitching was completed by 11:30 PM. The staff, including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor, were all very kind, warm, and even humorous, which helped ease our nerves. The doctor did a great job with the stitches—my daughter said she didn’t feel much pain or stress. We truly appreciate their professional care and the great support they gave us. Thank you!

P Gina Excellent service, receptionist was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The doctor was quick to see us, not sure if this is the case all the time, but we were happy with our appointment anyway. The Doctor was friendly, helpful and did all the checks before making the final call. Listened to everything first too. Good size rooms and waiting areas. Kiddies area looked sweet and fun. Good signage for toilets. Comfortable enough chairs. Several disabled parking bays for members right out front with wheelchair ramp. Offers heaps of other services too. Very impressed to be honest.

Rachel Cornelius It was a wonderful experience with Dr. Vaibhavi Gore, not just for me, but for my entire family including my toddler. Ive had a lot of dental treatment with numerous dentists in the past. Dr. Gore is probably the best dentist Ive met. Her treatment and level of care were exceptional and were so grateful for it. Even the staff at reception are warm and welcoming. The facility is great. Its been a great experience over all for us as a family - well above our expectation.

Amanda A I cannot recommend Pacific Smiles Chirnside park enough! Ive had a fair bit of dental work over the last month and they have been thorough, caring, friendly and so informative. Ive never been afraid of the dentist however some of the recent work was pretty major for me and I was made to feel calm and like I was in great hands. I also brought my 2 yr old Son in a few months ago to introduce him to the dentist early, and despite the fact that he wouldnt get into the chair, they were so good with him! Showing him all the tools and how fun the dentist is.... so amazing to be like that with children. Thank you guys for always being so great to deal with

sheraz khan I was initially apprehensive about visiting the dentist due to past experiences, but my time at Pacific Smiles was truly remarkable. Dr. Keisuke was incredibly polite and considerate, ensuring I was informed throughout the entire procedure. Zara, the dental assistant, was also fantastic. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and Im grateful for the exceptional care I received.

Jo Williams Dr Milu Varghese at this practice is the most knowledgeable, kindest dentist I have ever experienced. Her expertise is exceptional and she explains everything she is doing during treatment and does not over service. She is gentle and compassionate, and genuinely cares for her patients.

Maddy Trimboli I have been going to Dr Milu for 8 years now and have never ever had a bad word to say about her dental work. She did all my Invisalign and Braces treatments over the years and I am beyond happy with my results. Not only does she do a great job with my teeth but she always makes me feel comfortable and has a great bubbly personality that always calms me down when I am feeling nervous. She is kind smart and caring towards her patients. I would Highly recommend anyone to see her.

Lou Louey Dr Sashi is a great dentist and a nice guy. I’m not a fan of going to the dentists but if I have to go then this is the place.

Yousefi Mohammad “Mike” Be careful and ask them check properly your policy before service , you might be shocked like me by the end I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with the reception staff. I provided my information along with my Bupa membership number on the form. When I entered the doctor’s room, I was told that the costs would be covered by Bupa. However, the reception staff had not checked my membership number or service details. Had I known that I would have to pay all the costs myself, I would have either opted out of the procedure entirely or removed some parts of it. Unfortunately, after the procedure, when I used my Bupa card, I was informed that I had to pay the full amount personally. I ended up paying $497 just for a cleaning, and I was very lucky that my teeth did not require any additional services. At the end, the reception staff were smiling, which I found completely inappropriate. There was nothing funny about the situation, and their reaction only made me angrier. My frustration and dissatisfaction seemed amusing to them, which I find entirely unacceptable.
