The final result after a week of healing is beyond amazing. The colour Jaime selected and the type of brow was exceptional and it’s perfect for my face type and colouring. Melissa Cleeman Laura is a miracle worker when it comes to hair. Not only does she take excellent care of your hair, she has a wealth of information on how to look after it in between visits. And the pricing is fantastic! Ive been a client since 2016 and Ive never looked back. My hair is in the BEST condition its ever been in, and it looks and feels amazing all year round. Pina is an absolute master when it comes to nails. Ive learned so much since I started getting them done this year, and I always get compliments. My nails are stronger and in better shape (literally) than ever. Cant recommend this place highly enough. The Amalfi family are wonderful and I always have a laugh with staff and other clients. Do yourself a favour and book yourself in.

Helena Barriga Worst place ever. All I wanted was to take my nail polish off waited for 40 minutes to then be served by someone that was not even looking to what she was doing. Place was packed and still accepting people that have to wait for a long time to be served. AVOID. If you want the service to be done in a rush and in a very unprofessional way this is the place After 40 minutes left with my nail looking like the pictures I paid 20 dollars for this !

Kate Zag Omg, the lady that did my nails just screamed in her high pitch voice for hours. Didn’t pay attention to my nails. I got chanced $150 for pedicure and gel nails. The nails are so thick and so far from my nail bed .. I am actually traumatised (I can still hear her screaming)

Vizr _08 Poor Quality Hair products & Worst Customer service Had the worst customer service experience ever in life, the guy did permanent rebonding on my hair when it was supposed to be just Keratin. All hair became brittle and wrinkled badly, the scalp was severely itchy, and started to break from roots, instantly after the treatment. He applied too much cream on the hair and left it for too long, Ended up in losing 2/3rd of the overall hair thickness and all hair line disappeared, The hair is damaged from roots as its breaking even with slightest touch, combing and showering. It is dead from the ends and having too many split ends. Hair is all bending in various directions and tangled badly, looks dull and dead and severely damaged. then when i went to complain he would not listen at all, never accepted his mistake and was very rude and arrogant, Worst product quality coupled with worst customer service experience. Fought so much to get 75% of my money back but still ended up in losing almost three years of hair growth -approx. 24inches of length Now stuck with thin and fragile hair that is falling from roots and looking dull n dead. Need another three years to recover full hair thickness and length. The skin of the scalp is extremely itchy, irritated and has started to peel off, making it feel like dandruff. Would never recommend anyone to go to this salon. Specially for any hair treatment that involves use of chemicals on hair. I was told to wait for 21 days and everything will b alright, but after 25 days my hair is still falling very badly, the scalp is still itchy and roots are still damaged. The hair is not only falling but unable to comb, roots r like sheep hair, every time i comb, dry black powder comes out and tiny bits of damaged hair all over the sink and floor. Worst ever experience, of my life with any hair salon. Never going back again to this place.

Simmi Saini This guy is the worst barber ever. He made me 70% bald and he couldn’t understand anything we said. He kept on arguing with us instead of listening to our requirements. Worst experience ever. I would rate 0 if I could. NEVER GO THERE YOU’LL REGRET IT.

Vivek S BEWARE! Avoid this barber shop at all costs—it’s a complete rip-off. I had the worst haircut of my life here and had to visit another salon to fix it. While the place looks nice, spacious, and well-maintained at first glance, the service is shockingly poor. I regret not checking the Google reviews before walking in. The owner, who runs the salon alone, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I showed him a reference picture of the haircut I wanted, he bluntly refused to follow it, insisting on doing it his way. The result? He practically shaved my head, leaving me looking nothing like what I had asked for. Throughout the haircut, he kept talking non-stop, repeatedly mentioning that he only charges $18 and that it’s a great deal for such a “high-end” place. He even took pictures of my haircut comparing it with other cuts he had done, claiming he offers the “best” service. The issue is not about paying $18 for a haircut—it’s about quality and customer satisfaction. A good barber listens to their customers’ preferences rather than forcing their own style onto them. This experience was frustrating and uncomfortable, and I sincerely hope others don’t make the same mistake of coming here.

I had a full colour (combination of 3 blondes mixed), a trim, and blow wave (and the best relaxing head scalp massage during the rinse omg thank you I nearly nodded off) by Widad thank you so much for spoiling me will def be a repeat customer. My hair was coloured last time by Maisi who did an amazing job at the Best Cuts and Colour at the Doncaster store (which I was told is closing down tomorrow 28th March 2025 but was told she is going to Northlands store), so 2 very good skilled hair dressers who I recommend and will be continuing to go to :)

She is very friendly, and when I had a minor issue with a product return, she was accommodating and offered a complimentary service of equal value. She is very understanding. Melissa Kerlin Its incredible how every one of these awful express salons manage to blame the customer every time something goes wrong. The lady who was using the drill to remove my SNS burnt me 4 times. Apparently it must be because of my "thin nails". I get my nails done every 4 weeks, it never hurts if done by a competent nail tech. This salon was absolutely filthy. I was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. My nails are way too thick. The only positive thing I have to say is that they were shaped nicely. I only went here as I couldnt make it to my usual place. I would never go here again. Avoid!

Lauren This is the worse nail place I have ever been. I never have much trouble with express nail places, but my experience here was terrible. I was made to wait almost an hour - ten minutes sitting, a further ten having chosen my colour, then 20 minutes before my old colour was soaked off. After that I sat another 15 minutes with only a base coat on. During this time a woman with an appointment sat and waited almost 20 minutes before politely saying she would go, as they were clearly busy. The staff dismissed her with nothing but a wave - she looked so shocked. Neither myself nor the woman sitting next to me got what we asked for - she wasnt given acrylics and I did not get the colour I asked for (probably because the staff member forgot what I wanted in the hour between me choosing and her actually applying it). Both of us were told that we were wrong when we spoke up, with absolutely no apology. My nails were cut and filed roughly, so my cuticles are now sore and none of my nails are even or smooth. One of them is even chipped right out of the salon! My finger tips are also covered in polish (SNS). It looks absolutely awful. All of this gave me plenty of time to fully realise how filthy the place is. While I was sitting waiting, I saw one customer leave after getting a pedicure, and the next person sat right down in the same chair, with only a brief rinse of the tub. There was certainly no soap or disinfectant. Finally, I would have liked to give some feedback about my experience before I left. However the girl who took my payment was chatting loudly on her phone to her friend about their weekend exploits. If I could give 0/10 I would. I will never go back here again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Greta de Moore The staff initially were quite friendly and I was able to get in straight away. Usually getting my nails done is a pleasurable experience that I look forward to when I can afford it. I went to this place two days ago for the first time and I will never be going back. When the staff were using their tools around my cuticle area they were rough and not careful at all, I was in pain and started bleeding. In the end I was rushed out by a rude staff member, I paid and left. My nails look nice dont get me wrong, but Im not so keen on the scrabbling around my cuticle area....

Lucia Esposto These reviews honestly do this place no justice. Me and my cousin went earlier today to get a full acrylic set and a pedicure and our experiences were fine. My cousin had to wait a little bit (as there are only 2-3 people working at a time) for her pedicure but the lady got to work on my acrylics straight away. She was a bit rushed and maybe a bit rough, but the service was very good nonetheless. She made sure i was satisfied with my shape and reassured me that she would double check before i left that i was happy. The man painted my nails very well with a topcoat that looks really good. For $45, it was 100% worth it and im happy with my service. My cousin was happy with her pedicure and the polish looked good. Would recommend if you dont mind a small wait time.

Bronte Teddy I had a really painful shellac manicure from here. Its two days later and I am heading elsewhere to have it taken off as it wasnt done correctly and is already peeling. The lady was on her phone a lot while I sat there. My nails burned while I put them under the light. And the colour I got was not what I chose. It was for a wedding and I needed a specific colour as I was a bridesmaid. It was rushed but it was so bad I couldnt wait for it to be over.
