Jay Tang Ive been to different beauty salons for waxing, and this one is my favorite. Usually, Amy helped me with waxing. She is very skilled and has a great attitude. After I got home, my skin never had any allergic reactions or swelling, and the hair removal was always thorough and clean. Amy is also very skilled at facials. I havent been here for a few months, and I was surprised to find out that Amy is on vacation. Today, Fanny did my waxing. She has a wonderful personality, a great attitude, and is very talkative. I will be happy to continue coming here in the future.

Le-Hua Lai Vivi and her team does a great job on their nail services. I had SNS done 2 weeks ago and it is still perfect! No chip or discolouration. I have been to this place for nail services a couple of months now and will recommend. Do give this business a go! They have been a local business for many years. You may find that you actually appreciate the nail services Vivi and team provide.

卓Laika !! CHEMICAL BURNS, CARELESSNESS, OVERCHARGING !! To preface this, I have never written a bad review, as I have never had an experience so awful. I booked an appointment for gel nail removal, and was told the appointment would be approximately 30 minutes. However, my hands and nails were left to soak in 100% acetone for 1 HOUR AND A HALF while staff haphazardly started on other clients before leaving them too, halfway in the middle of their appointment to tend to newcomers. A few days later, due to the prolonged exposure to 100% acetone solution (1 hour and 30 minutes), I have developed chemical burns from my fingertips to my palm, and my fingers are red and peeling. Although I was quoted $15 at the time of booking, I was charged $25… One of the most poor and unhygienic nail salons I have ever been to. PHOTO: Rings of fire, thin and brittle nails that snap and crack as a result of overfiling during the appointment.

Vicki D I’m not happy with the service , they don’t listen I asked for 3 coats for SNS, explaining that they come off otherwise. The girl then tried to upsell other services that last longer, which I declined. The SNS was already too pricey. Then I noticed she only dipped my fingers into the colour once and when I questioned her, about extra coats, she said she used the clear which is stronger. After 2.5 weeks my nails have fallen off. I went in a few days ago. They made out they guaranteed the service, only to find out this was not honoured. I have been getting my nails done for ages and never had this issue. I will not come back or recommend them again.
