Yasaman M I visited this clinic for a routine check-up and cleaning at the beginning of April. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and practically an angel in human form. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist wasn’t as positive. During my visit to my regular dentist today, I was surprised to hear the comment, “Your teeth need cleaning.” When I mentioned I had just had them cleaned last month, she raised her eyebrows so high I thought they might escape her face. As the check-up continued, she discovered three cavities—one of them critical. Naturally, this made me wonder: did the previous dentist even perform a proper check-up, or just wave the tools around for dramatic effect? Needless to say, I’m quite disappointed and concerned about the quality of care I received during my last visit.

van pham Dr Ng is the best dentist I have ever met in Melbourne. I booked in for the same day with a gum infection. She diagnosed the issue very carefully and provided the solution I needed for the time being. She is also great in communication and everything is well explained. My condition is under review and I have another appointment coming up in two weeks. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved. The receptionist staff are very friendly and the environment of the clinic is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended this clinic if you are having dental problems and living in the city.

Regina gave me options and didnt force or push anything. she kindly implyed my dentist wasnt correct. never have i heard anyone say "theyre wrong" so politely. she was lovely. sat close and reassured me that I was doing good. she genuinely cares.
