My skin has had noticeable improvements since following all of Jesss recommendations since my first appointment over a year ago where I came in with a damaged skin barrier and acne flare ups. The clinic itself is beautifully fit out, clean and always such a calming space.

Lorraine I love love the extraction facial, most places just spend a few minutes at an end of a treatment for extractions, but not Jess, she spends so much time on it. I have noticed such an improvement since coming here!! I always walk away learning so much about the treatment or products! Would definitely recommend!

Kath Cacho Had my lashes done and brows threaded last Thursday by Lia. The day before, I messaged to ask if walk-ins were okay and even though I showed up without notice the next day, they still accommodated me and I’m so grateful for that. Lia was super kind and really made me feel cared for during the whole process. She gave her suggestions on what lash style would suit me best but also let me go with the design and length I had in mind which I really appreciated. Also loved that the session was non chatty and quiet since I wanted to take a nap and that peaceful vibe was perfect. It’s been almost a week and my lashes are still holding up so well. I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments from friends and coworkers asking where I got them done. Big thanks to Galaxy Lashes, especially to Lia for being so sweet and hands-on. Definitely coming back soon.

Yessy Hadi Absolutely lovely salon and wonderful staffs. I had combo lash lift and brow lamination with ivy, it was the best I have had. Perfect curl and thickness. I love the hybrid eyebrow tinting too. Additionally she put me in sleep with her gentle hand and comfy bed. Cant wait for my next appointment.

One of my family members recommended lash envy and another recommendation came for eye candy. I was very disappointed by both places- lashes fell out within a week and looked awful. Then I came across Galaxy and I’m so glad I did. Service is impeccable, attention to detail is unbelievable, workmanship is perfection. On week 4 my lashes look amazing. I get compliments all the time. I’ve been seeing these girls now for 2 years and I have no intention to go somewhere else. I believe pricing very reasonable for service they provide. My eyebrows are on point. Ladies if you are looking for someone to take care of your brows and lashes look no further- this is perfect place, highly recommend it!

Jodie Kidziak I recently bought a manicure and pedicure through a voucher website. I dont expect much for these deals, you get what you pay for. However these people didnt even reach my low expectations. I have tried for 6 weeks to get an appointment without success. The phone normally rings out and when I did get an answer, I left my number twice without getting called back. THe next appointment time is in mid January. If they couldnt handle the number of vouchers sold, they shouldnt have sold so many. Very rude people too. I would rather throw my vouchers in the bin than use them.

Jess Bali Hai is my number favourite place to go for all my beauty treatments. I do all of my waxing, nails, eyebrows and lashes treatments there! The staff, including Ada, are all so lovely, friendly and professional. They always do a perfect job and their prices are extremely reasonable. Theyre half the price of anywhere else, with the same quality of work. I dont have to go anywhere else :)

Helena Owen When I went into the shop, the shop staff looked bored and the atmosphere of the shop was just like local salon, nothing posh or luxurious. I went into the facial room and saw the all products used on table was all cheap stuff you can buy from the supermarkets. Besides, toward the end of the treatment, the therapists phone rang and surprisingly she took the phone. She applied the cream so rough on my face and finished the treatment to make a call-back. My overall experience was terrible and will never come back.

Nails: Not too thick, always straight, Anna doesnt over shave your real nails but most importantly, she is consistent. Although the salon was very busy, I didnt feel rushed. Anna took her time and did a fantastic job. Studio 15 is far from where I live but definitely worth the travel
