Parneet I have to say, I was really disappointed with the service. The nails I got done were far from what I expected. The shape was uneven, and the polish application was sloppy, with several spots where it didnt cover properly. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice to go there. I was hoping for a relaxing experience and a nice set of nails, but instead, I felt frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon in the future, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for quality nail care. Its important to find a place that pays attention to detail and values customer satisfaction.

Aura Bowman I was hesitant to try this place after reading the previous two negative reviews but I’m glad I gave them a go. I had a great experience with the ladies at Diamond nails. My technician was very skilled and I’m super happy with my nails. Two weeks in and they still look perfect. I did go in first thing in the morning when they were quiet so that may have had a positive impact on the level of service. Overall a really good experience.

Sanju Kaweesha 0 ⭐️ I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this DIAMOND nail salon. What should have been a relaxing $143 manicure and pedicure turned out to be a complete waste. The nail technician, Racheal, was incredibly unprofessional. When I requested my usual shellac with tips, she insisted on using builder gel on my natural nails. As I asked questions, she became visibly irritated and started speaking rapidly in another language, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The nail application was a disaster. My nails were filed unevenly, and each finger appeared to be shaped differently. When I pointed this out, I was rudely told that my fingers werent straight. The result was embarrassing. You could immediately see the poor quality after the service, which took place on Friday, January 17, 2025. It was HORRIBLE! Just four days later, the builder gel started cracking, and I experienced multiple significant breaks and chips across my nails. And dont even get me started on the pedicure, horrendous. The polish application was uneven, with visible streaks and missed spots. When the service was completed, the technician asked me to wash my hands while she stood at the counter, staring at me. I asked her to apply some lotion and oil, but she completely ignored me and insisted that I pay first. She only put lotion on my palm, which I could only use on two fingers. Save yourself the headache and AVOID this salon at all costs. The service is overpriced, and the customer service is non-existent. Ive never been this disappointed with a beauty service in my life.

My nails are always beautifully shaped and they are always happy to accomodate my quirky art ideas with beautiful polish. Highly recommend for great service and wonderful talented nail artistry. •Rose Kho• I loved my nails at first and I was so happy with them. But after legit THREE days, one snapped. I thought it wasn’t a big deal and that I’ll just go get it fixed. So I had my parents drive me 30 minutes back there and I got it redone. End of the story. But on even 4 days after that TWO more broke, one when I was going in the shower and the other while I was legit sleeping. I was on holiday during the time so I called them and after a couple days I went back. The lady was legit blaming it on me and saying I need to be gentle. My last set I got done somewhere else lasted over a month and these barely went for a week. And just now, after getting them fixed, not even a day later ANOTHER ONE SNAPPED IN HALF. I tried to be so kind and I was really grateful because the lady was so talented and did an amazing design but I am just so disappointed by the quality. The lady said if I break it one more time she’d have to change me to get it fixed. I hate writing bad reviews and I never ever do because I feel so guilty afterwards but the service here was so bad and I’m really upset because this is the most money I’ve ever spent on my nails just for them to break within a week. And mind you, I went in there multiple times to try to sort the out but every time I came out feeling horrible. I’ve honestly never felt more sad for a set of nails. And it was something my dad paid for and he did it as a gift for me, how am I meant to tell him they broke already :(( school starts tomorrow and I’m gonna have to go in with broken nails.

Fee RD Staff were very fast and efficient. Great customer service and very attentive to my needs. I was visiting from another country and the experience I faced was great. It was also the first time I got the cat-eye on my nails. And normal color for pedicure.

lele Best nails Ive got done in ages ! Showed my nail tech the reference photo and she perfectly replicated them for me ! I unfortunately didnt ask for her name but my nail tech was so sweet and caring throughout the whole process. Shes very talented and showed me her own nails that she did with hand drawn hello kittys (they were so cute). I could not be happier and will 100% be returning

CactusLasher 7500 Great place and well designed. Easy to navigate. Definitely avoid coming here after school hours if you want to avoid teenagers with their mates giving you weird looks!

Jin Seng I visit Aesop store in Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood, and it is best place! Inside, store look so nice, very calm and fancy, like peaceful spot in busy mall. Eastland got many shops, more than 350, but Aesop feel special, like quiet escape. The people working there so kind and know lot about products. They help me pick stuff for my skin and hair, talk slow so I understand. They not push me to buy, just give good advice. I try hand cream and face stuff, smell so good! They even give free small samples with my buy, which make me happy to try more at home. Store is clean, pretty, and products all natural, no animal testing, which I like. It feel good to buy there. Even in big busy Eastland, Aesop make me feel relaxed. They have Click and Collect too, very easy. Best store for beauty things, I go back for sure! UPDATE Sorry I meant Southland

Fardad Negini Always a great experience at Eastland! The shopping centre is clean, well-organised, and has a wide variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Parking is convenient and the overall atmosphere is very family-friendly. Definitely one of my favourite spots in Melbourne for shopping and relaxing.

Emily McNamara Ava is amazing and did a fantastic job with my piercings. She’s extremely professional and gave excellent advice, she’s friendly and made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend her.

C Muscaria A staff member here gave me the WORST advice recommending a shampoo. It made my hair completely unmanageable, dry and frizzy, the absolute of what I needed! It is completely wrong for my hair type. To top it off it was one of the most expensive, think she was lying to me to get commission! Whats the point of employing staff Id they know NOTHING about what they are selling??

Elle Heuy Visited Hairhouse this morning and was very pleased with the service. I came in to try a hair colour I’d never done before, so I was a little unsure. Serena was amazing—she helped me choose a shade and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Even when I wasn’t totally sure after seeing the final result, she went back and touched it up to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave me. Also want to say a big thank you to all the other staff working there. Everyone is always so friendly and professional—I’ve never had a bad experience during any of my visits. Super happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend!

J S THE WORST EXPERIENCE! After spending 5 hours there I left in tears! My hair is YELLOW literally. They also had the audacity to charge me $300 for removing my hair extensions “foils are a disaster” Wasted my day and caused me a lot of stress! If you want your hair to look like this and spend weeks trying to fix the damage then go to Hairhouse!

Dipen Khadka Well, Ringwood Square Shopping Centre is one of the compact, easy and convenient shopping mart which has been there for quite a while now. You will find many brands and supermarkets here like Coles, Aldi, Bunnings, Ringwood Fresh Grocery Market, Barber shop, laundry, cafes, fresh meat shop, and many more shops. I have been living in Ringwood for the past 5 years and this shopping centre has been my regular go. You will find many other shops and outlets near by like MacDonalds, Chemist Warehouse, Costco, Savers, Bob and Jane T-marts, Indian grocery store, Banks and etc. It is located at the heart of Ringwood and it has a massive car parking space for visitors. It attracts lots of crowd from Ringwood, Mitcham and near by suburbs. Its one of the popular shopping destinations after Eastland in Ringwood. There is Genesis Health and Fitness centre near by and makes it so convenient to go for workout and then buy some healthy food from supermarket.

Graham Cheetham This place is handy if you don’t need to go to the big shopping center. It has a range of shops and direct access to Bunnings.

VK S Clean, tidy, coles , pharmacy, bakery, butcher, dry-cleaning which is also very well priced and clean. Great sushi shop and fruit shop. Aldi always well stocked , parking generally sucks though, best to come before 10am weekends

Noosh Noosh I’m very disappointed with my recent shellac experience at this salon. The polish wasn’t applied properly, and it didn’t cure fully before proceeding, leaving it hard and uneven. To make matters worse, part of the gel polish peeled off on the first day. Throughout the session, the staff were speaking in a language I couldn’t understand, which made me feel uncomfortable, as it gave the impression they might have been discussing customers. Additionally, I was charged $75 because I asked for two gel polish colors, but this additional cost was not communicated to me beforehand. I expected more transparency and professionalism. I will be attaching photos to show the poor quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Shalisa Zattin Worst gel manicure of my life. I had tipped natural nails under gel polish that had grown out, so I went to have the tips trimmed and nails polished. They were cut so uneven and short the technician had to rebuild a nail with acrylic so they were the “same” length, they didn’t file enough of the old gel off, and did not shape the nails with any consistency. I know what you’re thinking - “why didn’t you say something??” - I did, so many times, I was constantly asking for things to be fixed or done again. It was after 5 by the time we finished (I walked in at 3:30) and they were closing + I had somewhere to be. I hate these nails - they’re short and fat and uneven, and I have to wait a couple of weeks for my natural nails to grow more so I can have them repaired.

Victoria i came in not even a week ago and all my nails have snapped off already, all my nails usually last me over a month. Not only that after i left the salon i wasn’t happy at all they the thumbs where different shape and size i mentioned it to the lady and she just fixed the shape. my right hand nails where a lot thinner than my left ones. Very disappointed wont be going back

Sally Beautyman I really don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I seriously can’t recommend AGAINST this place more. I walked in to have SNS soak off an re do, chose white, and then the entire experience went down hill. The lady started doing my nails and I could tell from the start that it was rushed and no care was taken. Unfortunately my nails now look horrible. While they were drying the lady told me not to put them in front of the fan because it would make them “dirty” I thought fine, she’d know, maybe it’s because I chose white. Then she checked two of them, they weren’t dry and she left finger marks on them. It took me asking about 3 minutes later for her to fix them. I then was asked to dry my nails under the lamp (not UV, just the desk lamp) for about 10 minutes. Finally she used UV to finish them off. - I felt that this was just so she could free up the chair, they then used no cuticle oil and didn’t do any tidying up once dry. As someone who gets their nails done every 3-4 weeks, and has for the last 4 years, this is by far my worst experience ever.

Ondreea De Vincentis Got my eyelash extensions done here, the lady was poking my eyes. I was so uncomfortable. Worst eyelash extensions Ive ever had! They started falling out within a few days. Such a waste of $80, wouldnt go back.

Sarah Wintle While they saw to me straight away as a walk in for lash extensions the service was uncomfortable. Throughout the entire service she sniffled over my head making it very unpleasant. But what I’m most annoyed about is that they charged me $100 for my lashes only for half of them to fall out a day later. I specifically said I wanted dramatic lashes, I walked out with natural looking lashes. I don’t do natural. Absolute waste of $100, I may as well have glued them on myself with the cheap glue from you get in the packets from Kmart. Strongly suggest you do not go here for lash extensions.

Isabel Santos Had my brows and upper lip threaded. My brows look really great :) . But getting my upper lip done was a bit sensitive and my eyes were watery afterwards but the lady was really nice about it and professional . Plus it was a reasonably good price for them both .

Deanne Rasmussen First time Ive had my nails done professionally and last time I will get them done here! I requested SNS and after only 2 weeks the top coat was cracking and peeling off. Went back and they re-did the top coat but after a week same thing! They are inexperienced and dont do a good job! I shouldve read the reviews before I went there

Clare T Had an amazing pedicure today then SNS fingernails. The girl that looked after me was really attentive and helped me get the exact colour I was after. The pedicure was very relaxing and the whole experience was not rushed which I appreciate. The shop is clean and welcoming.

Sofia Worst nails salon experience ever! It was my bad that I didn’t check the reviews before entering the shop as I was desperate to get my nails done. The lady who did my nails was rude and no manner with 0 service mind. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there and wished that it was over soon. She gave me and attitude and demanded me to let her know what length I wanted because obviously she couldn’t tell by looking at the picture. (Understandable but no need to yell at a customer for that). They let me sit there choosing the color and offered no help despite the fact that I showed them the picture of what kind of nails I wanted. I spent about 5 minutes choosing the color until the staff suggested a glitter that she thought was closest to the picture but I decided to pick the other one but she laughed and said it was the same color she suggested and shook her head. I did not say a single thing until the end as I really needed to get my nails done for an event but if you have time I would suggest you go somewhere else. It is not cheap to get the nails done and I don’t expect a 5 star service but this kind of service is not really worth paying $80 for. I don’t recommend this place and will never go back there again. Biggest mistake!

Kira P Worst nail store, got SNS and has been 5 days and all chipped and lost top coat. Had to request them at time of appoitment to redo top coat at it wasn’t applied correctly. Rushed and would not recommend anyone to go here. Never have experience such poor nail service.

P G Went in for a Pedicure and was charged twice by this salon with them stating the first one has "declined" I showed evidence of two lots of money coming out of my account and they said to contact their boss. After contacting their boss they are refusing to acknowledge that they took both amounts of money and refusing to refund me my money. Their only evidence they will send me is a transaction from their eftpos machine which doesnt show anything I have asked they send me their bank statements to prove they havent received both lots and they reuse, it seems like they have done this before.

Leanne MWLM The manicure and pedicure procedure was lovely. But I’m not super happy with the end result. Nail polish was applied so thick it never dried hard. I was super careful the first day to not mark them up but even 24 hours later I’m getting indentation marks on my nails from just being in my house. The polish on the tips of my big toes has scraped off from wearing sandals the next day. That’s not normal.

Deni Carson Not sure how i feel about my nails. The color is pretty and she did a good job applying the gel, however my nails are naturally small and I dont think she did a great job filing and shaping my nails. My nails look lumpy. Im not sure if Ill ever come back to this salon.
