Amie Cecchin ONE TWO BOXING is such an incredible environment for people of all fitness levels to go and enjoy 45 minutes of exercise. A mix between guided boxing and resistance training with the music pumped loud makes for a fun session, even after pushing your body to the limits you still walk out smiling. The trainers have created such an amazing gym that makes you want to keep going back!!! First place I have found that made me want to keep returning and building on my own fitness journey...forever grateful to the team :)

Charles Great gym if you don’t like commercial gyms. Plenty of equipment available. 8 squat racks for a small gym so you’re never waiting. There no mirrors and no egos, it’s a nice place to workout.
