Sarah Ellis I really enjoy Kath’s morning sessions at Willoughby netball courts. A great crew of ladies in a safe environment. Kath is very experienced and always provides a good variety of workouts each week. I highly recommend that you try a session if you are looking to improve on and achieve your fitness goals!

Jess Nalder I was luck enough to work with Michael Quilligan to rehab an area of growing concern I was worried I couldn’t rehab/target. After 2-3 sessions I’m feeling great and couldn’t be happier! An extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional experience, I’ll definitely be recommending him to others, and coming back with any other future concerns!

nayyereh ayati I really like this gym, as you come whenever you want and you will still be coached! There are 12 stations (change on a daily basis) and you spend about 3 min on each. All instructions are given with the monitors on top of each station. Some exercises are boxing.

Miraz Al-Mamun Nice, cosy play area. Suitable for young kids. Has tennis practise wall.
