Gemimah Henderson We made the right choice using Paul for the resizing of an heirloom engagement ring and the creation of a matching wedding band. Paul is highly responsive by email (within 10 minutes, every time, to his credit), and is friendly, honest, professional and polite. I used another ring to size both the engagement ring and the new band. The engagement ring needed to come down by something like 6 sizes and Paul explained the process and made excellent suggestions for the new band, while I tried on options. The price was good, as we had done some research prior. Then, as promised, exactly 2 weeks later we picked up the two rings and they fit perfectly exactly as my other ring had done. They are extremely comfortable to wear and the heirloom ring was cleaned and now looks brand new. The jeweller even returned the part of the band that had been cut from the engagement ring and the new ring came with a nice ring box and warranty including future resizing. All in all, it was a great choice, we are so glad we went with Pauls services and would absolutely recommend him and use him again. Thank you Paul! The end result is exactly what we wanted and has made us both very happy.

Yvonne Mason OMG I love this Classy Shop! Its staff are gorgeous ( Especially Colleen ) and really know what they are talking about, and so happy to help and chat. I just now collected my full set of Wedding Rings ( Engagement, Wedding and Eternity ) and almost teared up but couldnt properly cos of my non-cooperative face mask, LOL. I had dropped them in to be repaired ( small Diamond repair ) and also joined together and cleaned, They now look brand new and for what all that cost, it was still half what the original Jeweller ( very well known and VERY expensive and useless and rude ) quoted to check and remove and repair what was not even broken ( this was well before I lost a small Diamond ) so I refused to give it back to them. .... NEEDLESS TO SAY I am very very happy, keep up the great work and never ever move cos I need your services for many years to come.... :) :) XX. PS I have had a rough 12 Months , losing my younger Brother last Xmas and my Father last week and today was one of my best days going forward and thanks to South Gippsland Jewellers. XXXXX

Cassandra T Genuinely the best piercer in Sydney! I have had a few piercings done now with Shauna over the years. The first was her correcting second lobes that had been done elsewhere and were uneven. Her genuine care, passion for her job, attention to detail, instructions and friendliness are top notch. The only piercer I trust and will ever go to again. Thank you Shauna!

Lynden Moore Had the best experience here. I was replacing my engagement ring and wedding bands and Im so glad I picked Secrets. Buddy was absolutely incredible to work with, he was patient and definitely not pushy like other stores Id been to, which I really appreciated. He communicated so well with us and went above and beyond. Holly was also amazing, she was so helpful and lovely, and my daughter absolutely loved her.
