1 /5 Chris Price: My wife recently left her wedding ring here to be cleaned. A week after picking it up, two small diamonds dislodged and are now lost. After notifying the jeweller who conducted the work, he tried to blame her and implied that she had somehow damaged the ring! If you value your jewellery, I’d advise not to take it here!!

1 /5 Jasmine P: Very stressed sales assistant yesterday when I was trying to buy a necklace. Brought in an old broken one to compare as I wanted similar to my old necklace and had to tell the sales assistant to relax as I wasnt trying to return it. I gave her the one I wanted to purchase after trying it on and handed it back to her with my own pearl attached to it and asked her to put them together in the box. My partner paid then she gave it back to me without my pearl and was very insistent I never handed her anything. I ended up finding my pearl on the floor behind her, behind the counter.

We saw the ladies at Angus & Coote & were impressed by their knowledge & service along with the price to have them resized. We picked them up 10 days later & they were a perfect fit & looked brand new, very happy customers here. My son & has partner have previously purchased engagement & wedding rings from this store and always impressed with the value & most of all the ongoing service they experience at this store.
