1 /5 Chris Price: My wife recently left her wedding ring here to be cleaned. A week after picking it up, two small diamonds dislodged and are now lost. After notifying the jeweller who conducted the work, he tried to blame her and implied that she had somehow damaged the ring! If you value your jewellery, I’d advise not to take it here!!

Brought in an old broken one to compare as I wanted similar to my old necklace and had to tell the sales assistant to relax as I wasnt trying to return it. I gave her the one I wanted to purchase after trying it on and handed it back to her with my own pearl attached to it and asked her to put them together in the box. My partner paid then she gave it back to me without my pearl and was very insistent I never handed her anything. I ended up finding my pearl on the floor behind her, behind the counter.

We saw the ladies at Angus & Coote & were impressed by their knowledge & service along with the price to have them resized. We picked them up 10 days later & they were a perfect fit & looked brand new, very happy customers here. Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.
