Daisy Werac Thanks to the team here – I had a gold ring resized (all good) and a pair of gold Euro balls (that I‘ve had for over 20 years) repaired but they snapped again, a few days after the repair and I lost the ball. They had warned me that the earring would be more fragile. When I went in to see what could be done - they gave me the full cost of the repair to put towards the purchase of another pair of earrings. Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

Gen Marshall If I could give 10 stars I would. I was immediately greeted by the most warm Welsh lady. She was so lovely to talk to. I wasnt going to come in as I feel bad getting my rings cleaned at no charge but she immediately told me that I am welcome anytime. I was shown some stunning rings to try on, which were great prices. I had actually walked in not feeling in the best frame of mind but I left feeling really happy. A true assest to Westende. Thanks so much
