1 /5 Nid Ait: Absolutely terrible experience — ruined my proposal plans I had an awful experience with Austen & Blake and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them, especially for time-sensitive occasions like a proposal. I placed an order with a clearly stated proposal date and was reassured multiple times that the ring would arrive well in advance. I even received written confirmation that it would be delivered by the 20th. Based on that promise, I booked a photographer and planned the entire proposal. What followed was a nightmare. After placing the order, communication became one-way — I had to constantly chase them for updates with daily emails and weekly phone calls. Most calls went to voicemail, and responses to emails took days or even weeks. They do not give you a dedicated point of contact, so youre stuck calling their general number, often waiting on hold for over 10 minutes before being sent to voicemail. Just 6 days before the proposal, they finally told me the ring would not arrive on time — despite their earlier confirmation. By then, I had already spent money and made plans that couldn’t be undone. This company seriously lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. What should have been a special, once-in-a-lifetime moment was made incredibly stressful and disappointing. All due to false promises and poor communication. Save yourself the heartache and go with a company that respects both your time and the importance of what youre buying.

5 /5 Gary Ryan: Trying to figure out the kind of engagement ring my partner would love wasn’t my strong suit. It wasn’t until my sister recommended instead of trying to find the right kind of ring, why not create the piece she would cherish for the rest of her life. By being able to put this ring together piece by piece, the final product I received from Austen and Blake far exceeded my expectations. Staff were very helpful in re-sizing the ring and making sure it fit properly, the customer service they provided was second to none. Thank you for providing my partner and I a wonderful experience and gift that, not only does she love, she will forever cherish. If this review doesn’t speak enough volume, I’m not sure what will.
