Samantha Dossett Amazing customer service! Came from Prouds empty handed due to terrible customer service and ended up spending quite a bit at Michael Hill. I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.

Shayor Hamid Possibly the most helpful staff in all of Australia, if not the world. Helped me get my earrings out and replaced even when they were stuck. It took a lot of time but they were patient and kind.
