James Hughes Trust me when I say, go somewhere else. Do not give this company any money at all. They will charge you sky high prices, and will do so by doing things that you havent even given them directions to do so. I paid $2000 shortly after a free consultation and was told that somebody from the firm would be in contact with me to discuss further actions. Within that same week I was lucky enough to have come to a private agreement with the other parties so the services of Pearsons Lawyers was no longer required. When I call to have my money refunded I was told that $900+ was already use. Again, I had not given them any directions as to how I was going to proceed with my matter. I hadnt heard from them since the first consultation. They took it opon themselves and did what they wanted to do, and charged me for it.
