5 /5 Harjit kaur: This is my first ever experience joining a gym, and BFT has been absolutely amazing since the day I started. Their workouts are really well structured, with clear screens, timed exercises, and a heart rate monitor that helps keep me on track.
What I love most about BFT Cranbourne is the incredible team. Blaine always brings such great energy — constantly encouraging everyone to push themselves and guiding us with the right strategies to perform each movement correctly. I’ve also really enjoyed training under Chels and Angie, along with the rest of the coaching team — they’re all so supportive and approachable.
I’m just at the beginning of my strength journey, but with their help and motivation, I’m already seeing progress and I’m excited to keep going with them!
