Elise M. AEM is fantastic!! Communication with Jake and Anna when joining made the process very easy. We wanted a gym that would cater to my goals, and to my sons goals (while setting him up with good technique and a positive introduction to gym work). Our fabulous Coach, Josh, is providing us with exactly what each of us needs. We are thoroughly enjoying going to the gym!! Highly recommend!

katana Kit I can only speak for my own experience but out of the 20 odd physical therapists I’ve seen in the past 8 years, Jake is the best. Jake really focuses on understanding the root of the cause and getting things back in balance rather than simply mitigating the symptoms. Super knowledgeable and comprehensible. I couldn’t really walk 3 weeks ago and was pretty nervous about it all, now I feel like I need some tweaking rather than having to accept chronic pain for the rest of my life
