5 /5 Faith Middleton: BFT Heidelberg is a little community in itself. The trainers genuinely care about each member, the members celebrate each other, and the vibe is always high. Have done so many different “group fitness” type classes, but nothing is quite as good as BFT Heidelberg. Great workouts, great tips on form, great variety and great people. 5/5 all round.

5 /5 Debbie MacDonald: I joined a year ago and can safely say that BFT Heidelberg is the highlight of my day every time I go. There are loads of classes to suit every timetable. The crew are fantastic and the trainers have been consistent the whole time which tells me they’re happy to be there too. The atmosphere is light and social, it’s really inclusive and mostly it’s great fun. After training elsewhere for a few years before, I am lifting heavier than ever and my cardio fitness has improved too. Can’t recommend it enough. Well done Amy, Nick and team!

5 /5 Toni Katsieris: I joined BFT Heidelberg 1 year ago (thanks to my daughter and sister) and I’ve now been to 240 classes and feeling better in my 50’s than I did in my 20’s! The coaches and the members are all amazing and it’s such a fun environment. Great community and I highly recommend to all ages.

The quality of the workouts have been really high and the trainers have been fantastic. They are super knowledgeable, always happy to help and really welcoming. Theyve helped me out in and out of the gym and its been such a lovely community to be in since moving here. Thanks so much team, Im sad to be leaving but the sunshine of Queensland is just too good!
