The training sessions include a combination of body weight, HIIT and strength training tailored to your own goals and needs in a private well equipped gym. The training is suited to everyone, not just those focused on martial arts performance.

Laura Mundy Best gym in the west! I cant recommend Leo highly enough for training. He knows his stuff and makes you feel so safe and included in the amazing community hes created there. If you have a dog, partner, baby, all of the above that you want to train with, he welcomes you all with open arms. Definitely get into headstrong gym if youre looking for a gym in the western suburbs.

Jemimah Ghaly What a MIND BLOWING gym. Genuinely. Like well and truly has already transformed and inspired my fitness journey. I’ve been training my whole life so for me to be impressed by a gym is rare! But more so… the staff. The stunning Emily is who signed me up and gave me a tour. She didn’t even have to sell the gym. You could tell how passionate she already was about it just through the love of the Gym and love for her job. I felt seen and understood by her and actually felt like we created a cute gym friendship- which makes me want to come even more. Always checks in on me when I’m training. The staff are great. Don’t second guess joining up!

Vanessa Mangan Fantastic yoga studio , so welcoming to all new students. Irma is a wonderful caring and very experienced teacher and has beautiful culture at her studio I started as a very no experienced beginner nearly 2 years ago and absolutely love it
