I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, its a lovely place to visit. They also offer custom creations which are of the highest standard using new and interesting technologies as well as traditional practices. I would highly recommend to others.
