dean bryant Very disappointed. Terrible management. The staff are rude and not helpful at all!! They just stand aside but not help to improve the kids skills. The staff student ratio is 1:10. Some of the kids are even unsupervised.

Jess Wilson FINALLY, I found group fitness that works for me! With back and hip problems, KX Pilates is exactly that low impact, strength-focused program that I needed. The classes are flexible to injury and fitness level, and you can pick from a variety of class packs so suit your schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive - correcting form and movement to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of the classes. Special shout out to Ashley (her Friday morning classes are my fav way to start my last day of the week, work day!), Marian, Josh, and Joel. I always leave KX Prahran feeling healthy, strong, happy, and looked after.
