Hope Stainton Absolute abysmal service. Whoever is in the hiring sector really needs to be sacked. The staff here have shocking customer service. Either Pandora head office needs to rethink how they run the operation given the store is in a popular DFO with a tonne of traffic so need to implement ways to manage that or they need to hire staff who actually know how to be in customer service. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague as its a waste of time and you will receive zero friendly service from the staff there. Also, i witnessed a child go behind the counter, try to open the drawers, then try to sneakly grab the keys off a staff members hip. It was i, who had to let a staff member know that it was happening because the other staff member who was there (was having the keys pried from her hip) did nothing about it. Useless. Honestly useless.

Asfour Jayjay l went into the Pandora Chatswood Westfield store today and was greeted by Maria, who provided absolutely exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through different options and helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for our 2-year anniversary. Maria really went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions and showing genuine care in making sure I found something meaningful. Just a few days earlier, I had visited a different Pandora store but left empty-handed because I didn’t feel supported in finding the right piece. The experience at Chatswood was a complete contrast, thanks to Maria, I walked out feeling confident and happy with my choice. Highly recommend this store, and especially Maria if youre looking for outstanding service. I gave my girlfriend the gift and she loved it.

Penelope Of Ithaca Amazing! Theres lots of Lovisa stores in MC so just hope you know which branch im talking about—i went to a Lovisa store holding a Fluttershy plush (from Miniso) and one of the staff went out of the counter and tapped my shoulder, complimenting my plush! We talked about My Little Pony for a good three minutes before she was escorted back to the counter. LOVED that interaction so much! If i see her again, i could say hi!
