My daughter has been here for 12 months now and we have been very happy with not only the level of coaching but the support and enthusiasm of the entire organisation particularly throughout the Covid lockdown period. Wonderful people and would highly recommend.

Sharon Olsen The Living Edge Original Bootcamp is addictive once you experience the magic, you will want to move your house, family and work closer! The outdoor training program developed by Sarge Dave and Sarge Katrina (along with their passionate team of trainers) have been a game-changer for me on my fitness journey and the benefits are showing up in all areas of my life. From the moment I donned the grey shirt in January 2021, I felt welcomed and supported (the real kind). You won’t find any food guilt tripping, body shaming or negative talk here. You will find a bunch of amazing recruits who train really hard (yet walk occasionally too), who are your real mates on and off the field, who inspire and encourage to lift each other up. Healthy habits come naturally when you are in a positive and inspiring place. My absolute favourite training sessions (and fortunately we get a lot in Melbourne) are the rain-soaked sessions. I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s the joy of jumping in puddles, rolling around in the wet muddy grass or looking at your fellow recruits who are equally as soaked, that brings out the kid in all of us.

Fitness Is Fun - VIC

Ronak Patel Fitness is not normally fun for me but my wife and I really enjoy and look forward to our training sessions. They tailor the training to each person and most importantly they make sure its not boring. Rob, Mike, Morgan and the team are great - EVERYONE should come here - even if youre an experience health and fitness person youll definitely improve some aspect of your training!
