A true professional, though still approachable and friendly, she guided us through the process expertly (including lots of work-in-progress shots to see how it was coming along!) and the results speak for themselves.

Charlotte Blake The staff here are so friendly and deliver impeccable service. I’ve brought my engagement ring here a few times to tighten the claws (when I’ve accidentally banged it!) and they’ve been able to complete this job in such a short turn around for a very reasonable price. They take the time to answer questions and I would recommend this jeweller to anyone who needs a fix to their engagement ring or who is purchasing beautiful jewellery. Will continue to come to this wonderful team!
