She pays close attention to the specificities of everyones bodies and capabilities and adjusts exercises as needed. Ive been regularly attending her classes for over a year and my core feels so much stronger. Lower backpain is a distant memory! Cathryn is an energetic, passionate and patient teacher who goes the extra mile to help you understand how to engage your core so that you can do Pilates properly. I find that I incorporate Pilates exercises now when Im walking, sitting and swimming without even thinking about.

1 /5 Cjbs Cjbs: This woman should not be allowed to teach anyone! She has no people skills and does not know how to communicate effectively to teach anyone how to do pilates. On my first lesson she was yelling at me because I was not doing the exercises as she liked. Any good teacher knows it takes time to learn something new, but not this woman she expects perfection in the first 5 minutes of starting class. I had never done pilates before and had quite a few injuries which I hoped pilates would elevate the pain, but no, Cathryn was so rude and lacked any empathy or understanding of me being a first timer to the exercise method. Im completely turned off from doing pilates again. This woman should not be allowed to teach and her pilates studio in Sunshine should be shut down!!
