VAMOS Strength Training Mosman - VIC

Deborah Hutton I’m only three weeks into my VAMOS journey, but as someone who has never loved the gym, I’m surprised by how much I’m genuinely enjoying it. The whole team is fantastic—supportive and always around to help when needed, yet never in a way that makes me feel watched or judged. The privacy of the cubes really adds to that comfortable, not-on-display feeling. My individual program is pushing me just the right amount, and I’m already noticing the benefits. I love that the digital program tracks my progress in real time—it keeps me motivated and makes it easy to see how far I’ve come. The bookable system has also been a game-changer for my accountability; if it’s in the calendar, I’m going! As someone who doesn’t enjoy cardio, the focus on strength training has been a huge plus. The sessions feel purposeful and achievable, and the whole environment is friendly and welcoming. Is VAMOS going to change my attitude toward gyms? You know… it just might.

BFT Watsonia - VIC

Kathryn I’ve been a member at BFT for a year now and absolutely love it! One of the best parts is being able to move between studios—it’s super convenient—but Watsonia is by far my favourite. The trainers are all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I love the variety in the workouts—every session feels different and keeps things interesting. It’s such a great environment to train in, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated!
