I have been to countless gyms, personal trainers etc over the years and this is the best - Lainey has incredible knowledge, empathy and dedication. All her sessions are individually tailored so even in the small group setting you receive entirely personalised attention. Brilliant.

Chelsea Activity Hub - VIC

Greg Wapling What a great spot to host a party! Room is a good size with plenty of tables and chairs. Nice and modern with a great outlook onto the park. Kitchen is amazing and comes complete with crockery and cutlery. All easy to clean too. Highly recommended

Squadron Performance & Wellbeing - VIC

Peter Simpson F45 under Steves tutelage was great, but the rebirth as Squadron has lifted the experience to a far higher level. Exercise stations are way better and are tailored to the Members needs. The trainers are the same fine folks, and keep us all working hard, with encouragement and the proper techniques explained. Having the Studio open for personal sessions is an added bonus. I pay less than I did when I joined F45 in March 2017. Dont just believe me though, come and do a Trial. Youll love it!!

LKPT Fitness - VIC

Robert Barker The 12 week program was very easy to follow and being able to text Lucy along the way for help made it very helpful. I signed up to the 12 week because I needed help with my daily macros and needed to change my diet. I learnt heaps along the way, what foods to stay away from which ones are good to eat, you dont need weights to build muscle. 100% recommend to anyone to give this program a crack I lost 12.8kgs in the 12 weeks its really changed my lifestyle in eating better exercise, Ive got more energy.
