1 /5 Mitchell McIntosh: They lost our watch. Outright gave it to someone else. It was only due to luck that the person they gave it to realised the problem and decided to come back. Wed have let it go without a review, but when picking it up the husband made the decision to override his wifes offer not to take payment, and then also to tell her not to give us a watch box as an apology. I wouldnt have wanted the box and it was only $25, but it really rubbed us the wrong way considering it was a pretty big screw-up on their end. He did however have the generosity to offer us a small plastic bag. The wife seems like a really nice person but I wouldnt trust them with anything valuable in the future.

5 /5 jeff: I been here a few times once to buy a watch they have a fair selectin. and a few other times to buy a few watch straps. they are always friendly with good prices and they very helpfull been able to fit the straps in a timely manner. I have no real complaints with the service they provide.

5 /5 Alex Stewart: I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you
