Liz Nettleton Im really enjoying Simones classes. She creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment while pushing us to work hard with proper form to maximise each session. She also helps modify exercises for those with physical limitations (in my case, post-surgery). I make it a priority to attend every class because I get so much out of them.

WaterMarc - VIC

St. Iggy Fantastic indoor waterpark / playground. With multiple slides for all people to go down though I think the main audience is 15 and less. Very little kid friendly areas in pools and slides. Swimming lessons are said to be great. Gym, yoga, spa, sauna, basically anything you may want at a gym or leisure centre. Definitely worth buying permanent or multi monthly passes.

The coaches are amazing – they don’t just train you hard, they really focus on helping you improve in the areas you need most. They take the time to guide you, push you, and encourage you, and it makes a huge difference. What I love most is that they see you as part of the family, not just another member.
