Not only was he able to replace them in 30 minutes but he is well priced and even offered to trade in the broken clasps which made the price cheaper. He could have just said these are broken and that they are worth nothing and I wouldn’t have thought any different. Thank you again for your honesty and outstanding service

In November last year I went to them after lockdown as I wanted to support a local business to get my engagement ring made. My budget was modest and I didnt have a lot of chances to try on different rings but Michael looked after me and never made me feel like my budget was too small and patiently helped me decide on a design. Piercings by Shauna - VIC

Cassandra T Genuinely the best piercer in Sydney! I have had a few piercings done now with Shauna over the years. The first was her correcting second lobes that had been done elsewhere and were uneven. Her genuine care, passion for her job, attention to detail, instructions and friendliness are top notch.
