5 /5 Lloyd Smyth: One of the bigger park runs in Melbourne and very well run by the team of local volunteers. Flattish course, with a couple of 180 degree turn arounds. First hard left across the bridge at the start can also be tricky if you’re up front. Watch out for the turn around hill in the 4th kilometre!

5 /5 Andrew Turner: A popular parkrun on a paved out and back route. There are plenty of twists and turns to keep things interesting and an extra hill on the way back.

5 /5 Derek Rylah: Diamond Creek parkrun has such a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This is a free weekly event that starts at 8am and goes until the last person crosses the 5km line. If you sign up for free on Parkrun.com youll get a unique bar code so your time will be recorded. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get out there and stay healthy. Diamond Creek parkrun is completely paved and all abilities and disabilities are in the mix. Awesome!
