Daniel Moon From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. A heartfelt thank you to Joseph and the Kennedy Chadstone team for making this such a seamless, memorable, and delightful experience.

Anndy Edwards Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasnt shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadnt travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.

Florence Aitken Robert and Andrew were so helpful, they fixed up my ring so well and were nice enough to clean all of the jewellery I was wearing. I was incredibly satisfied and will definitely be back!
