Hurstbridge Pilates and Yoga - VIC

Kate Kilsby Friendly and inviting studio and a large variety of classes. All of the instructors bring something unique to their classes and with their expert guidance I feel like I’m always learning and improving. So happy with this pilates studio and with the option of classes both at Hurstbridge and Diamond Creek there’s always a time to suit my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

Chris Hung I was recommended by my son to see Jake after I injured my ankle and knee. Jake reviewed my MRI and US reports and set about developing a set of exercises to focus on rebuilding strength due to my injuries. Each visit Jake would review my progress and progressively increase and/or change the exercises. At first there was small progress but after a few weeks the progress increased at a rapid rate with Jakes help and advice. I highly recommend the team and certainly thanks to Jake, I have full mobility and increased strength than before. I need to stay discipled with the exercise routine.
