Cams gym and brand new wellness centre are both kitted out with all the gear to meet your fitness and relaxation needs. Ive been training with Cam for nearly 2 years and its had a hugely positive impact on my physical and mental health, would highly recommend you take a 1:1 or group class and experience this yourself!

We love the occasional care program and my child loves the staff! Holiday program is great for my school aged children. Highly recommend.
