Annie Nguyen Long time yogi, in search of a new yoga studio. I was very nervous to step outside of my comfort, my usual routine to try Oshun Yoga. However, from the moment I stepped through the entrance, welcomed by the calming scent of incense at the front door, the beautiful and well thought out space, every detail, from the lighting, to the music, to the teachers and flows, I knew I have found my home away from home. Theres a strong sense of community - everyone is friendly and welcoming. All the teachers are all truly amazing - unique, kind and knowledgeable. Every class I have attended over the last few months have allowed me to unwind, stretch, breathe, sweat and finally reconnect with myself. Pilates classes are a surprise bonus to Oshun. Each class refreshingly tough! Thank you, Tayla and the Oshun team. I am truly truly grateful to part of the Oshun family.

Hezi Shi Marinos I dont personally trust many fitness coach but Van KNOWS what he does. Well designed program, great and comfortable atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Strength and balance classes are my favourite, really enjoy the low-impact and safe exercises that really works and wont aggravate my back pain. 5/5

Kaitlyn Birkett I’ve been regularly practicing at Payapa since October 2024 and I’m so glad to have found this studio. The studio is beautiful and spacious with lovely large skylights. The teachers are all wonderful, kind and attentive and offer a great variety of options to practice as well as regular events with guest teachers. This studio is down to earth and not pretentious and membership is good value for money. So glad I found this place, a real value add to the local area.
