Angela Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome. I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

Celia Ho Super friend staff and instructors. Im a beginner and they have done everything to make me feel welcomed. The studio is super clean and smells very nice. I have now added Reformer Pilates to my weekly schedule

From the minute you step into the place, you instantly know you’re going to be cuddled into the warm bosom of the Locals community and you’ll never want to leave. Wilson, Cooper, Liam and Bourkey are all fantastic trainers with a passion for getting you supremely jacked and handsome. I’ve found my home, and I’m making myself comfortable. My shoes are off.

k1ng Let me start by putting staff in the highest regards. They showed respect to a whole new level and was so helpful with equipment. It was remarkable with how smooth sailing there operation was flowing and the managers and team that help them gym function should be proud of there work. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey there.
