Charlotte Lam Just had my engagement ring & wedding bands re-sized at St Germain and the service was fantastic! I initially wanted to only size down 1/2 a size but they gave me some great advice, got me to try on the different sized bands and advised to go a whole size down which is perfect! I dropped my rings on Wednesday morning and I got a text on Saturday afternoon to say re-sizing was done which I thought was really excellent service! Friendly and professional too.

Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic. I cant wait for my wife to open her presents. Great experience, I will gladly return and direct others to shop here.

Darren Bruce I have been going to Georgies for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough! Many people are not aware of the awesome watch repairs and servicing they do. I am a long term watch enthusiast and only allow any repairs or servicing to be done there. David is simply brilliant and just an all round nice bloke!
