5 /5 Paul Theodore: He fixied my wifes Great Grand Fathers watch from WW2 very obscure watch i never heard of the brand ,Its German in origin , but it came back like new condition , anyway my wife wore it a couple of weeks , and somthing was wrong with the crown , it fell off ! , Well really i thought an 80 year old watch of course there might be problems so i took it back to them and showed the watch to him he put it in an envelope and and said sorry , i said dont worry its an older watch its bound to happen, please fix it as it has sentimental value and i really didnt care what it cost to fix it ! .He called me to collect the said watch .He again presented it like new again ,!! I went to pay and he said no ! As i fully intend to pay for the crown falling off , and he shouldnt have to absorb the cost , again no problem no charge . I wanted to pay again before i left still insisted No, Great Service Great Man if i could give him 10 stars i would , you no who i am we always Discuss My Watch ,,,,!!!!!!!
