Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! Zaharenia Grapsas Decided to do a spontaneous ear piercing here and staff were so kind, attentive and supportive during the whole visit. I’ve left with my seconds done and a lovely experience. What a great idea as well! Very happy! Well priced too at $40.
