Im impressed by how spotlessly clean it is and how equipment is maintained in working order (well done to young staff members, Joy and Jack). Also, thank you for lowering the volume on the speakers. While the music selection is excellent, the reduced volume allows me to listen to business articles during my workout, which I really appreciate.

stephxou My fitness has improved significantly since I started training here. The coaches are really friendly and helpful, pushing you but also ensuring you are always safe. They have helped with my technique as I had done limited strength training beforehand. I like that every class has a clear focus. Whether it be heartrate target or strength. I highly recommend. It is also a great compliment to any competitive sport.
