I first came to Glowfit for red light therapy and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it, I ended up signing up for a membership that same day. Lana and George are all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can really tell they care about you, your experience and wellbeing. Every visit feels like a warm, positive environment where I can focus on myself and my health goals. What I love most is the flexibility of the services available. Being able to mix and match between red light, infrared saunas, body roll massages, fitness (like treadmills and bikes) and more has allowed me to build routines that truly works for my body. I’ve noticed real, lasting changes and feel so much better for it. Staff have always been polite, informative on the equipment and upfront about how the services work. I’ve always found communication here to be accomodating, respectful and professional. For anyone considering Glowfit give it a go! I’ve felt supported, cared for and seen real benefits. Skin is glowing, waist is slimming, I couldn’t recommend here more highly!

I used GlowFit for 4 weeks leading up to my wedding and it helped me drop 2 kg and tone up my waist and legs to look fabulous in my wedding dress. Thank you Lana and George!

5 /5 Sarah Abdel-Razek: I honestly cant say enough good things about Glowfit! Lana and George are so sweet and kind – you can tell they genuinely care about everyone who walks through the door. Theyve created such a beautiful, welcoming space that feels more like a sanctuary than a typical wellness centre. The red light bed is amazing and has been helping healing my Crohns disease! To be able to go six times a week when some places charge $120 per session has been a life saver for me. Every time I visit, Im reminded of how lucky I am to have found them. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what really stands out is how warm and caring they are. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. The memberships are amazing and make everything so affordable, which honestly shocked me given the quality of technology they have. Its such great value! If youre looking for somewhere that truly feels like they have your best interests at heart and the best of wellness tech this is the place. Lana and George are the absolute best!

5 /5 Holly Kilian: Love going into glowfit and using all of their machines! They always have the friendliest staff who go out of their way to make conversation with me and make me feel super welcome! Lana also gave me some beautiful tans in the past for my sisters hens and wedding which I felt extremely beautiful. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Lana, George and Lilli for making glowfit a fun and welcoming space to truly relax. Couldnt recommend more!

I’m more toned, stronger, and feeling fitter than ever, all from just a few sessions a week! The equipment is top-notch, from the treadmills to the body rollers and red light beds everything is state-of-the-art. Lana and George are amazing , so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Every session is a joy, and I couldn’t recommend Glowfit more highly!
