Wendy Grima Absolutely love the classes. My favourite days of the week are Tuesdays and Thursdays . Michelles classes are fantastic and having Belinda doing Yoga on Thursday after Hiit is perfect. They are both fantastic instructors/trainers and the other helpful staff Ive spoken to have been great also .

Paul I purchased all the studio equipment in 2016 from pilates equip. I feel that one shares the experience up until the present day. The equipment is used in a business 5 days a week and has been faultless and stood the test of time. After all these years there is some minor maintenance recently and Paul the owner has been very helpful and kind in assisting me. Thank you Paul. Much appreciated

Rosy Movement - VIC

Amanda Berry Alannah isn’t your regular Pilates teacher, she’s inclusive, kind and intuitively knows when and how to push you to reach your goals. She also has an innate understanding of the times your body needs a more restful, juicy, stretchy practice. Her classes are totally tailored and I trust her guidance implicitly! I always feel better after time spent with Alannah and Bear.
