Amy Dawson I had the pleasure of working with Elle to design a custom diamond ring, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Elle made me feel comfortable from the beginning and confident in the process. She took the time to really listen to my ideas and vision for the ring, and then provided expert advice to refine the design. Her suggestions about the diamond cut, setting style, and metal choices were invaluable, and it was clear she truly cares about creating a piece that’s both beautiful and lasting. The end result is absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and Elle’s professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail is so obvious. I can’t recommend Elle enough. I’ll definitely be returning for my (many) jewellery needs!

Ryan Shane Wow. I needed a watch repair urgently and found I live local to ash. I had my wedding on the Saturday and I wanted to wear my grandads watch on the day that hasn’t worked in years. I took it to Ash, his knowledge and care for detail with this family heirloom blew me away and did it right then and there in front of me. All I wanted was a battery change but he replaced the seals, cleaned all the components and got it looking great. We chatted the whole time and it was clear his skills in this dying art is something you can’t get from the little repair shops you see in the big shopping centres. If he didn’t live so close the other review on here nearly would have put me off but extremely happy I went. Highly recommend and already have plans to drop a few more bits and pieces off.

Isabella Iasenzaniro Naomi designed a custom ring for me to celebrate motherhood and the birth of my two babies. I had a vision and she completely nailed the brief making it beautiful but also functional and so comfortable for every day wear. It was so lovely working with her. Her communication was great and she was timely with her work. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
