Annie W A massive thank you to Enakshi (Im so sorry if I spelt your lovely name wrong). She was so incredibly sweet and patient and helpful as I took my time looking for a perfect gift for my sis-in-law. She went above and beyond to give me the best customer service and made what wouldve been a daunting decision so pleasant. She even threw in complimentary gift wrapping! Both her and her colleague were very understanding and even offered to help replace one of my old, worn out bracelets. Also, the shop is very well-organised and everything just glistens. For someone whos not usually big on jewellery, Ill definitely be paying regular visits!

During our consultations Richard has been extremely patient and optimistic despite the weird and wacky ideas we had. He is very warm and friendly and great to work with.
